PROFILE SUMMARY
Kim comes to BROSS & Partners with a very diverse business and legal background. He was trained as a lawyer in the United States and will advise the firm on International Law, Common Law, Cross-border Transactions and other international legal matters.
Kim holds JD and LL.M Degrees in International and Comparative Law from the Georgetown University Law Center, Washington DC, USA; a B.S in Computer Science and Information Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton, New York, USA and a B.B.A in Business Administration from Busan National University, Korea. His legal studies focused on Business and International Law.
Prior coming to BROSS & Partners, Kim has worked for many years in the field of investment consulting and business strategy in electronic & telecommunication industries, infrastructure investment, and FMCG, etc.
