BROSS & Partners Announces New Cooperation with an Italian Law Firm - dMTV (07/07/2014)
BROSS & Partners announced new cooperation with an Italian legal firm, De Masi Taddei Vasoli (dMTV), as an alliance. In the late February 2011, BROSS & Partners and dMTV have signed a cooperation agreement on the provision of legal services. According to the agreement, both BROSS & Partners and dMTV shall involve each other on the exclusive and non-exclusive basis for cases that require the assistant of Vietnamese lawyers and foreign lawyers in Vietnam and in the overseas jurisdictions where Bross & Partners and dMTV practice

Recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitration awards in Vietnam (07/07/2014)
The 1958 Convention on Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (“the New York Convention”) has facilitated the global enforcement of arbitration agreements and awards. By the Vietnam’s accession to the New York Convention in 1995, foreign arbitration agreements and awards can be recognized and enforced in Vietnam.
