Attorney Le Quang Vinh Invited by the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam as an IP Expert to Present “a Review of Current Situation on Legal Framework and Practice of Settling Disputes over Authors’ Rights and Neighboring Rights by Civil Measure”

On October 27, 2021, senior partner Le Quang Vinh (Bross & Partners) was invited by the Supreme People's Court to give his presentation no. 2 titled "a review of current situation on legal framework and practice of settling disputes over authors’ rights and neighboring rights by civil measure” under the workshop "sharing national and international experiences in resolving disputes over intellectual property rights at the court" funded by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the British Government (through the British Embassy in Hanoi).

The workshop took place in the form of face-to-face and online meetings with the participation of more than 100 delegates who are judges of the Supreme People's Court, 3 High People's Court in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City, 39 Provincial People's Courts including Hanoi People's Court, Da Nang City People's Court and Ho Chi Minh City People's Court, along with other 8 District People's Courts.
