►Job Description and Job Requirement

• Job Description

– Advising and supporting clients relating to M&A, Corporate, Investment, Labor, Real Estate & Construction, etc under as assigned by Partner and/or Senior Associate;

– Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, memorandum and other legal documents;

– To act as the authorized representative or legal counsel (in case of being a lawyer) for clients in disputes at courts and arbitrations;

– To act as the authorized representative or legal counsel for clients in working with competent authorities in licensing cases;

– Other assignments as assigned by Partner and/or Senior Associate; and

– Job details will be discussed in the interview.

• Job Requirement 

– Bachelor’s degree in Law;

– Having at least 03 years of experience and working at the international law firm or prestigious domestic law firm;

– Fluent in spoken and written English;

– Clear communication skills;

– Having good command of MS Office and Internet;

– Able to work under high pressure.
