► Job Description and Job Requirement

     • LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (Hanoi Office and HCMC Office)

       ♦ Job Description

• Provide legal advice to clients on dispute resolution practices assigned by Partners;
• Support Partners and/or Senior Lawyer in providing legal services for the clients;
• Act as Legal Advisors and defending Lawyers to protect clients’ interest before the courts and/or arbitration centers;
• Establish and maintain contact with clients to identify and understand clients' commercial objectives and legal needs;
• Other assignments as assigned by Partners;
• Job details will be discussed in the interview.

       ♦ Job Requirement

• Male;
• Graduated from Law University, University of Economics and Law;
• Having at least 02 years of litigation experience is preferred;
• Having a Lawyer’s License is preferred;
• Being good at English is preferred;
• Clear communication skills;
• Having good command of MS Office and Internet;
• Able to work under high pressure.

   • SENIOR ASSOCIATE AND TRAINEE LAWYER (Hanoi Office)

      ♦ Job Description

• Advising and supporting clients relating to M&A, Corporate, Investment, Labor, Real Estate & Construction, etc.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, memorandum and other legal documents;
• Other assignments as assigned by Head of Legal;
• Job details will be discussed in the interview.

     ♦ Job Requirement 

• Graduated from Law University, University of Economics and Law;
• Having at least 02 years of experience and working at the international law firm or prestigious domestic law firm for Senior Associate position;
• Having experience in working at the law firm is preferred for Trainee Lawyer position;
• Fluent in spoken and written English for Senior Associate position and Being good at English for Trainee Lawyer position;
• Clear communication skills;
• Having good command of MS Office and Internet;
• Able to work under high pressure.
