Job Description:

• Advising and supporting International and Vietnamese clients relating to investment and corporate matters;
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, memorandum and other legal documents;
• Other assignments as assigned by Partner;
• Further details regarding duties and responsibilities will be discussed at the interview.

Requirement:

• Graduate from Law University;
• Having 02 years of experience in legal consultancy (Investment, Corporate) are preferred;
• Having a practicing certificate/ being a trainee lawyer and working in law firms are preferred;
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written);
• Able to work under high pressure;
• Strong logical thinking, research, analytical and preparation skills;
• Clear communication skills;
• Having good command of MS Office and Internet.
