Professional Experience

Mr. Hoa is an of-counsel of BROSS  & PARTNERS  since  2017 and  now  in  charge  of Mechanical and Engines Patents including but not limited to translating, evaluating technologies, prosecuting and managing large portfolios of Patents relating to mechanical industry in Vietnam.

Before joining BROSS & PARTNERS, Mr. Hoa used to work for  Caterpillar  (2006-2015)  and Mitsui Singapore (2015-2017) as a maintenance engineer who is responsible for repairing broken engines after purchasing

Mr. Hoa has substantial experience in preparing and prosecuting mechanical and design patent applications, as well as providing validity and patent infringement  opinions,  intellectual  property portfolio management and client counselling.
