Currently, Attorney Linh holds the position of Head of the Dispute Resolution Department, with extensive experience in the field of Intellectual Property (IP), particularly in IP enforcement and dispute resolution. She has been involved in hundreds of cases relating to the establishment of IP rights, dispute resolution, and opposition proceedings concerning trademarks, industrial designs, and copyrights for both domestic and international clients. Notable highlights of her work include:

• Participating in high-value litigation cases involving multimillion-dollar claims, such as disputes between Pops Music and FPT Play; Saigontourist and STT; a patent dispute between a foreign pharmaceutical company and a Vietnamese pharmaceutical firm; a trademark dispute between TNJ and BBQ Vietnam; and a copyright lawsuit involving a Hollywood entertainment company and a leading Vietnamese audiovisual producer.
• Handling serious IP infringement cases to protect the rights and interests of major global and domestic brands such as Haribo, Hypertherm, and other leading Vietnamese companies.
• Defending Vietnamese clients against allegations of abuse of rights through warning notices, administrative and civil measures, and online takedown procedures to safeguard their legitimate interests.
• Advising and assisting in the negotiation of technology transfer agreements, including for globally recognized brands such as Heineken and Tiger in Vietnam.
