BROSS & Partners understands that social responsibility is an important factor to bring a sustainable development not only for our law firm but also for future generations. Therefore, we have been making our efforts to contribute the solutions to social issues in order to bring the real and valuable benefits to our community. BROSS & Partners is pleased to involve and contribute some significant and meaningful activities as follows:
- BROSS & Partners’ lawyers have given our opinions to development policies, drafts of Laws, Decrees and Circulars,...;
- BROSS & Partners’ lawyers have presided/ made presentations at the research conferences by topics held by the Ministries, departments and agencies at central and local levels;
- BROSS & Partners’ lawyers have been involved in teaching, academic exchange and professional orientation at the Academy of Justice, Hanoi Law University,....We would like to convey and share our professional knowledge and professional ethics to future lawyers;
- BROSS & Partners’ lawyers have been co-edited and published legal books and journals;
- BROSS & Partners together with other sponsors have involved in funding for a moot court team of Ho Chi Minh University of Law to participate in a competition named “19th Steston International Environmental Moot Court Competition” in Philippines; and
- BROSS & Partners sponsored competitions of the domestic Universities such as Socrates Eloquence Contest 2015 of the Hanoi Law University; BROSS & Partners’ lawyers provided professional assistance and served as an Examiner at Soul of Law Contest of Foreign Trade University which are activities that we are making our efforts to develop legal human resources in Vietnam;
- BROSS & Partners has welcomed many students from the Universities of Law in Vietnam and abroad to practice as legal profession trainees at BROSS & Partners in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in order for them to have a chance to work in practical working environment as well as help them orient their future careers;
- BROSS & Partners’ lawyers have attended interviews related to legal issues organized by Vietnam Television (VTV), The Voice of Vietnam (VOV), VTC, VITV .... Through such activities, we would like to spread law regulations out our community to raise the public awareness on compliance of laws;
- BROSS & Partners’ lawyers have attended interviews and written numerous articles for domestic and international professional journals on applicable legal topics as well as given our opinions and proposal to solve our existing social concerns.
BROSS & Partners always makes our best effort to maintain and expand the social activities for the purpose of making more and more contribution to the social development.
