Regardless of the same international legal framework imposed by the Paris Convention, TRIPs Agreement, the grant or denial of super-protection of famous or well-known trademarks based on the likelihood of dilution seems to become controversial and divided within the jurisprudence in the developed countries such as the US, European Union, China and Japan.
