Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, November, 2010 - BROSS & Partners announced new member to its team of highly credentialed legal professionals, Ryan Alan Rogers, Esquire. On November 1, 2010, Mr. Rogers joined BROSS & Partners, as Foreign Partner, in its Ho Chi Minh office. Mr. Rogers comes to BROSS & Partners with a very diverse business and legal background. Having been trained as a lawyer in the United States, Mr. Rogers advises the firm on International Law and Common Law legal matters. He is the “go to” lawyer in matters involving EB-5 Immigration to the U.S., U.S. Foreign Direct Investment in Vietnam, as well as Securities and Capital Markets.
Mr. Rogers holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, an M.B.A. from the Merrick School of Business, and B.A. from Hampton University. His legal studies focused on Business and International Law. Prior to coming to BROSS & Partners, Mr. Rogers worked for several years in Corporate Litigation. His practice experience includes matters involving Class-Action, Anti-Trust, Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) investigation, Professional Negligence, and a United States Congressional Investigation. In addition, Mr. Rogers has also worked as a stock broker in one of the most prestigious regional broker dealers in the U.S., and is a former FINRA Registered Securities Agent (Series 7) and Investment Advisor (Series 66) license holder as well.
Having relocated to Vietnam from the United States a little over year ago, Mr. Rogers has since worked as a trainer and business consultant for some of the largest businesses and universities in Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Rogers is also a Business Law lecturer at Troy University’s STU campus in Ho Chi Minh City.
