Mr. Youngdae Kim comes to BROSS & Partners with a very diverse business and legal background. Having been trained as a lawyer in the United States, Mr. Youngdae Kim advises the firm on International Law and Common Law legal matters

Mr. Youngdae Kim holds Master Degree in International Law from the Law Center - Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA; B.S in Computer Science and Information Science from The State University of New York at Binghamton, New York, USA and B.B.A in Business Administration from Pusan ​​National University, Korea. His legal studies focused on Business and International Law. Prior coming to BROSS & Partners, Mr. Youngdae Kim has worked for many years in the field of investment consulting, business strategy in telecommunication, infrastructure investment, etc.  His practice experience includes matters involving Management and Project Negotiation in Telecommunications, Infrastructure; Planning business strategy; Patent Disputes, Patent infringement. In addition, Mr. Youngdae Kim used worked as a member of some Korean Government’s Committees in assessing infrastructure projects.

Along with the arrival of Mr. Youngdae Kim, BROSS & Partners is pleased to announce the establishment of the Korean Desk at BROSS & Partners’s Office in Hanoi.
